You clearly weren't clear enough. You didn't give them your confirmation number you got when you ordered it, or tracking number they provided you. If your the kid that said that your orderes have been saying "billing information recieved" for a long time, then tell them that your tracking number has been saying billing information recieved for a week -- (if you're the same guy). Also post when you ordered it and when you recieved the tracking number. good luck :thumbup1:

EDIT: Nvmd you were clear enough, when i saw a blank next to your tracking number i thought that you didn't post it. srry.

if you sent the email to lsclub@microsoft.com don't press reply the email doesn't go to them. instead copy your whole conversation and start fresh. You know that automated reply you get after like 1 minute of sending the email? well you won't get if if you press reply.

I did what you said, I make a complete new email (I did reply to the other email they sent to me).

also go to club live site log in to the account that prize was ordered from and go to about, help menu and scroll down to customer support and use the click here link

this way they have all your order history

then when they send you the bogus automated faq's just hit reply(only read if your bored)
enter your confirmation number and what prize you ordered because i believe arvatousa is the one that has the tracking number not club live
