I called EVERY eletronic store, best buy,circuit city,wal mart to see if they would return office 2007, and they said no right away no questions, i mean is it that hard how the hell did you guys do it

Someone else returned it to staples and just bought visa gift cards with the store credit.

Yea I called too and they said we don't returns, and when you say it was a gift, how are they supposed to know if you got it from the store?

Staples= I believe they take sealed software w/o reciepts.

I'd recommend Staples if you want to return office. They don't ask too many questions.

It is easier to say "no" to someone on the phone than in person

1. First rule is DON'T CALL especially to the local store you're planning to return it to.

If you think a store will say yes when you call you are a retard. Go to the store, in the afternoon when a teenager is likely to be working. They can return things without a reciept just tell them it was a gift and the person said he got it from walmart. Bring it in a walmart bag to be even more credible. Walmart workers don't care and just want to work 8 hours a day.

i tried best buy! first that lady said no then i guess she radioed her manager and she said yes! i was so happy until she said" may i see your id please" i only have my school id with me lol so yea im going back today with my sister since she have a license
