Does anyone have any idea on how one might get club Bing stuff delivered outside the US of A?

You could get it delivered to someone in the US, and then shipped to you. Maybe you can pay for someone to do it here, but it might be costy. Do you have any relatives or friends in the US?

You could use a shipping forwarder, although that would probably be more trouble and expensive than it's worth.

Google "Shop USA" that's the best for this purpose.

However check with customs before your order.
