well i ordered an xbox controller a few weeks ago and I have yet to receive the confirmation message. So I contacted them then I got this:

So what do i do ? Do I wait for it or am I screwed?

why would u be screwed? they just told u what the original conformation email told u. theres no point in emailing them

Not sure how long a few weeks is, I'm guessing three, it usually takes me 1 full month to get my shipping emails, but I usually get confirmation emails of my order right after I order.
