do you have any idea on my problem that i am experiencing?

as shown in the images, every time I run the bot it cannot play any game.

as shown in the video, everytime the bot tries to start a new game the window will pop up. and then the bot tries again and the pop up will show again, after several tries the bot will change to a different game. what do you think is the problem?
