No. I suspect the "Missing April Orders" have indeed been "flagged."
I'm not sure what has happened, but i suspect SOME versions of CBX *MAY* be detectable. Particularly the earliest ones.

Before anyone goes "No, you're wrong." or "OMG CBX fails" realize this. I am only 1 person. This is not a statistically significant test. AT ALL. Nor is it well controlled. All I can say is, I have ONLY used CBX, various versions, since it came out, used slightly higher delays than the standard, and have even had a new address (I moved) and new IP and new accounts than the old ICHC days.

Account 1:
Forza 2- Ordered Feb 23 (received)
Wireless Laser 6000- Ordered Mar 3 (received)
Xbox 360 Black Controller- Ordered Mar 24 (received)
Zune Cable Pack- Apr 1 (received)
PGR4- Apr 3 (missing)
Office Ultimate- May 21 (missing)

Account 2:
Vista Ultimate- Ordered Apr 4 (missing)
Xbox 360- Ordered May 20 (missing)
Flight Sim- Ordered May 25 (missing)

No. My IP IS NOT flagged. I have indeed received prizes from other accounts, that were created AFTER early April (and botted with later CBX versions thusly).

In short, emailing will do nothing, but get you the "Flagged" message, thus leading to the false assumption emailing = flagging. Don't bother.

However, if your flag is due to the multiple accounts flag like mine have been, you can at least find out if (a version of) CBX is being flagged or your own problem, like not clearing cookies. To know for sure, we do need that data.

If you wait the 16 weeks, they will tell you. Did they really say 16 weeks?

Here we are again. Yet another email about 'emailing CL/CB' regarding the prizes they earned through hard & honest work *smirk*, and have yet to get.

I love these emails, they touch me in such a manner I cannot help but tear and lift my fist in the air, whilst slightly, ever so softly saying.... Go get em tiger.

Rule1: The same rule that has always been rule1, never changed, never will. DO NOT Email them. They investigate full game history once you've emailed. This is a sure-fire-way to get NOTHING.

Have a good day.

-----------------------------------

It's not just because 'You' want to email them that 'we' are getting upset and/or bashing the concept. It's because we've seen it time & time again. The same results/outcome always occurs.

Did you even read the previous posts?

As for your claim that they investigate the people who email....where's your evidence? As several people said before you: the fact that a cheater isn't getting their prizes and emails Bing and doesn't get their prizes is not proof.

You're saying that if people earn just 28k points, that translates to, most likely, 1400 games. PER PERSON WHO EMAILS! In most cases it's higher. I have 60k tickets worth of prizes missing per account. That's 3000 games that MS would have to evaluate just because I emailed them. And they likely get more than 2 emails a week.

Yes. I clear cookies after each account. My current flag issue is likely arising due to the fact that I ordered prizes, logged out, then logged in another account. Notice I did not clear my cookies before logging in again. I usually do, but got careless. None of the emails from Bing have been about suspicious game activity...they've all been about multiple Live IDs.

Forgetting to clear your cookies between orders most likely did not contribute to your problem. I have FireFox set to clear all cookies when I end the session, and I have at least 8 accounts that seem to have been flagged. As I speculated in this thread, it is most likely accounts that were actively getting tickets on the same day and then ordered prizes to the same address that are the cause of the recent slew of missing packages.

And emailing them does not automatically get you flagged... But your account had better be squeaky clean since the person who gets your email will no doubt do an account audit and if there is anything suspect they will most likely use the 'violation of terms' as a quick cop-out...

I have had several accounts get tickets refunded... Even an ICHC account that was actually flagged. I ordered some items, and all but one came. Then ICHC got detected and I got nothing else. A while later I e-mailed them about the missing prize, and they politely refunded me the tickets. Course, the account was flagged, so those tickets were like adding insult to injury.

None of my accounts go to the same address. I have one account for every one address I use. No address trick either.

So, if it is not cookies and my bots were not detected (and I have no reason to suspect that they are), then we are left with the terrible assumption that they may be using IPs. I hope I'm forgetting something and that that is not the case. I'm open to hearing other ideas, because I am at a loss as to what else they would be detecting.

Shit, I know I did not clear cookies when logging out and looging into another account. I hope my 35 accounts are not flagged or that would suck badly.

Umm does anyone know if there is a way to tell what IP the live account was created from and what IP you use to bot / play legit from. Another thing I noticed the 123AA trick does not register on google map search (does not give you the address of your house) but 123A and 123A# do.

So umm, when ordering multiples from one account it would be best to do something like.
1.) Jill Addy
2.) Jack Addy
3.) Jenny Addy
... etc. or what?

Here we go...another e-mail where ignorant people claim that e-mail then makes you get flagged.

Rule #1...E-mailed does NOT hurt you. I lvoechildrne acting like it is aprovne fact that when you get your e-mail they thoroughly check your game history and wouldn't have done that otherwise. IT is the DUMBEST theory on this forum andthis forum is FILLED with dumb theories

Seriously...what do you think goes into the game history check ? IT is done automatically no matter what. E-mailing does not matter. And e-mailing does NOT cause them to think you must be a cheter becaue people who didn't cheat are also likely to complain if they don't gethteir prizes. In fact, even more so.

This is probably the only post in which petersonrn is somewhat correct. Emailing does not flag you. It just lets you know if you are flagged.

I just got 4 packages from one of the accounts that was flagged and I am expecting 3 more tomorrow. Why did I get them from a flagged account? Oh, I don't know...maybe because I emailed them. I'll try to post some pix tomorrow when I get the rest.
