p.s: they dont "flag" you, its probably more like a detection system than an actual mark on your account. so most likely if you email you'll probably get a review of your account and then they check if you have a mark or w/e and they'll send the auto "ur get n0 stuff response"

Yea, they probably don't care and just let the things go through, once you contact them they investigate your account and you're dead.

Wow dude really sorry to hear that and does contacting them really make a difference if you receive your prize or not ? Cause in my opinion, it doesn't seem like it really makes a difference :/

Well Sora, if you contact them, they really check your account. It pretty much tells you in their email.

Sometimes when you don't contact them, they don't check your account thoroughly and its more of a chance for you to get your prize.

I contacted them about a north face bag. I've contacted them in the past without any problems. I guess i'll never do that again lol :/

It's just strange that Danny answered both emails (from different accounts) and said one was banned and the other wasn't

Guys, it doesn't matter whether or not you contact them. Someone ordered something in March and never got their item. The person contacted MS about it asking for status last week and got a tracking for the shipment a couple of days ago. The guy played legit.

Sometimes it actually works.

Yeah, for all of one day before 1.1 came out and then I stopped. On the account I got the bag on, It was botted with v5 0 delay as well and has been 100% as far as receiving prizes. I stopped using v5 when it would no longer log in (when they changed it).

lol if thats the only account that gets banned all i'm missing out on is a mirror, frame, digital ornament and the backpack... so i'm crossing my fingers. looks like a charity's getting $400 soon.

Yea I agree with Sandbox but then I agree with not contacting them. What you could do is after you order the prize, wait until the 8-12 weeks pass, and if they passed and you didn't get your prize then just contact them.
