I figured I relay this info. I found it on M.A.N.G.O and I'm giving them credit:

"I'm going to assume not many people spend their points on the song downloads... but I figure if I can use a website to "purchase" music "legally", safely, then why not do so as opposed to downloading in a not as "safe" manner.

I'd ordered tons of 20 song downloads over the past 6 weeks. They all began coming when the shipping emails began last week. Since then, I've ordered quite a few more downloads and they've all come the next day at 8pm via email. With a return time like this all of a sudden - it may be a good way to check accounts to see if they're flagged or not. Everyone has been looking for a quick way to check accts for as long as I've been here."

Some have ordered song downloads and didn't receive them. That could be an indication that their account is flagged.

This should help increase the value of the accounts that receive the song downloads emails but make accounts that don't receive any emails worthless.

Why a song DL, couldn't you just create a new account and test out on any prize under 1k? Since alll shipping mails are comming fast, I'm sure it's not just the song downloads we can test with. But since a song DL is less points than most prizes I see the point.. but ohwell

Trying to figure out if an account is flagged is such a waste of time. The people that come up with this shit need to care less about a damn website they cheat for prizes on.

Damn, looks like this is not a good test. How about earbuds? Would that be a better test?

Well, it is a good thing to figure out if you're flagged or not because you would waste one of your 3 prize limits if you were to order from a flagged account.

No, this is just a waste of time and everything else remains irrelevant.

People have ordered prizes at the same time using the same bot, and some receive the item while others do not. It is just pointless to test these things out since the flagging could only be seen as random if you look at the big picture. Even people that "supposedly" played legit for things have been told by CL that they cheated.

The 3 prize limit wouldn't be affected since they cancel the order anyways, but even if it was I am sure that is the least of your worries if you can't manage to get a single prize in the first place.

If anything, you could say they don't flag you for ordering cheap junk, but who seriously wants that stuff anyways..

ive been doing this for a while with ringtones. i usually get an email within24-48hours.

i do not get an email on accounts that i know to be flagged. and i do get emails on accounts that have been getting prizes on.
