Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be kind to lend to me $1 via paypal. I need money in order to purchase a few cheap things on ebay so I can get my feedback to 5 and set up buy it now auctions. I will pay back as soon as I can.

Thanks, I just rechecked and it says this:
Requirements: You must have a feedback rating of 10 or more (or be ID Verified) to list your item in a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of one. Or if you have a PayPal account, you need to have a minimum feedback score of 5 and accept PayPal as a payment method.

If 5 does not work I guess I will go for 10, for some reason some people sell ebooks for 1 cent, I guess to bring up their rating as well.

"To create a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of two or more, you must have a feedback rating of 30 or more and be a registered user for at least 14 days (or be ID Verified). If you have a PayPal account and accept PayPal as a payment method on the listing, your feedback rating only needs to be 15 or more. "
