What is the wire I need to connect my ipod classic to my line 6 spider amp? On the amp, it just says "Cd/mp3 player In".

You want a 3.5 to a split RCA. This will do quite nicely:

Plus it has video out so you can watch videos from your iPod on TV

hmm i don't see the big usb thing that goes on the ipod classic so i don't think it will work on my ipod.

anyway, which wires do i plug in to my ipod and which into the amp for this one?

that one should work but you could also use this one:

Its a 2.5M to 2.5M adapter. Just plug either end into headphone jack and other into amp. Could get that at any radioshack

Uhm mine will work.. it just plugs into your headphone jack <.< there is ones on dealextreme that go into the bottom if you'd like that instead.. just go to iPod Accessories section.

Ps. I'm running a Video iPod myself with that cable and it runs fine.

Oh.. the above WILL NOT work!!!!!!!! the headphone jack in the ipod is a 3.5... 2.5 is for shitty little chinese mp3 players.. I repeat DO NOT BUY IT WILL NOT FIT AND THE COST IS RIDICULOUS ANYWAY [/capslock] dealextreme does not charge shipping either

Woops i did mean 3.5 lol. But the first one you showed on dealextreme is an RCA right? On my amp it is just another 3.5mm. like i could plug a headphone into it.

fucking asshole izzeho. got it today and it doesnt even work. its too loose on my amp. i tried all 3 but none work. i tried on my TV too and it doesnt even play the video right just the sound. rip off. sigh

lol, dealextreme items do kinda suck. just go to radioshack and get the cable that is a male headphone adapter on both sides.

i already have tons of the first link ones. the one to connect regular headphones to amplifier headphone jack

it comes with one in each sennheiser from Pepsi stuff.

i think the 2nd one is the one i need, because it has the same sized connector thing. i checked and that's the one that fits in the amp and the ipod so i'll get one of those. dam $5 for shipping. uh oh well
