Well today at school i was selling shit great! but later after lunch the seniors found out and about 20 - 30 of them jumped me in the stairwell. i was in the office all day today until 6pm because i had to do a statement with police. Well anything they stole about 150 dollars worth of stuff and now i got suspended for selling stuff and bringing stuff to school. and all the kids that were involved are getting 10 or more day suspension, and the kids that were fiscally holding me down are charged with...
(Assault, battery, robbery, breach of peace, and * i forgot the name of it but it was attempted abduction or something* because they held me in the stairwell and offered me to give them the stuff or to jump 20 - 30 feet down the top of the stairs.

yea im alright o got boozing around my neck from the head lock cuts all over my hands arms and bronzes all over my chest and the side of my ribs

i can bench 110lbs but most of the seniors some football players and otheres were wrestlers

i was kinda uncomforatable because i was alone in a room with a trooper and he had me take my shirt off to take pics of me.. and yea.. i might be getting money dont know because the trooper ask me to get all the info on the stuff they stole from me like how much it is and stuff

well he asked because, in most states, if it exceeds $300 its grand theft, a felony. So they'd get prison time or juvi till they're 18. But you can make a civil case.

ok guys my mom dosnt want me to be on the computer anymore... not until the investigation is over there fore i have to take apart my pc and install old harddrives, and wont me on much... i still will be online with my laptop but not much soo frost will inform you with anythin new happening sence we go to the same school..

well wish me luck ill be on for about 1 more hour

chewy, its unlikely they will get jail time. ive been thru the process and you can easily get a deferment on a felony...so long as its your first...
