So last night i was fighting with me ex and stuff as normal. then she posted that she loved her bf, i didnt mind, but when she posted the date omg i went off on that bitch. (me and her dated from Oct2nd to nov 1st) they got together oct 14th... but wait she wouldnt cheat on me... wrong. So today i sent her mom a message telling her to keep her daughter on a leash, then i said well ima go get a STD test (i did her w/o a condom and after i did she told me she did 6 black guys) and if i had it i was going to kill her (well shes gonna get grounded/phone taken away and no bf for a year) so she fucked me over, but i got her back harder.

Question.

Her dads a cop, and im 18 and shes 17 and i did her. is that rape? or is it ok cause its 2 years under my age.

It depends on your state laws. Here, you are good as long as the girl is 16 and is down for it.

There is a 4 year rule as well. As long as she is 14-16, you just can't be more than 4 years older. So if you're 18, you can be with a 14 year old.

she turns 18 in 2 months, so by time the case goes and everything she will be 18. and they will dismiss it. I didnt get it yet. and i live in ohio anyone know the laws?

Wanna bet? If she's under 18, you had better tread VERY carefully. If you get into trouble, there is a very real chance you could be lableled as a sex offender.
