Using average atomic mass for each of the following elements. calculate the number of atoms present in each of the following samples... a. 10.81 amu of boron - answer is 1 b. 320.7 amu of sulfur - answer is 10 c. 19,697 amu of gold - answer is 100 d. 19,695 amu of xenon - answer is 150 e. 3588.3 amu of aluminum - answer is 133 in 24.02 g of carbon there are __ carb on atoms... answer is 1.25x10^24 what mass of cobalt contains the same number of atoms as 57.0 g of fluorine? i got 177 grams...help me show work calculate the average mass in grams of 1 atom of oxygen I got 2.66x10^-23 Thanks all i need is the work if possible.. |

Reputation: 3 ![]() cBay Rating: | EDIT: nvm, iluvchina just owned me. I got the same answer for the 2nd problem as you did too. Also wtf, how do you do it without showing work? Seriously, you can't rely on your calculator for everything. answers.yahoo.com is an amazing homework help site too. Last edited by sibble; 11-17-2009 at 12:22 AM.. |
