Default calculate the number of atoms present? and chemistry question

I need help how would I do this..?

What mass of calcium metal contains the same number of atoms as 12.16 g of magnesium? what mass of calcium metal contains the same number of atoms as 24.31 g of magnesium?

Calculate the number of atoms present in each of the following samples.

320.7 amu of sulfur
19,695 amu of xenon
3588.3 amu of aluminum

Thanks to who helped me.

And I'll give reputation to whoever can help and if I understand it or help me do it.
