Here's the deal, i have money in my alertpay account and want to request a check. I made the account in MY name, but the thing is i am a minor. So that being said, can my dad cash it with my signature or approval?

I think he can only if his name is on your bank account.

might need to show proof that he is your father... but yeah it should be fine.

Yes.

Request the check and then sign the back of it which is a process called "endorsing" it. Your dad can then cash it.

You don't have a bank account?
