I want to get a prepaid credit card just as backup cash and I'd probably want it to be around $100. Are there any credit cards that I can buy that won't expire or charge me a monthly fee?

You wont find one with no monthly fee that also wont expire. Your best best is a bank account + debit card.

not really.. a lot of them charge a fee after a certain amount of time has passed. They are only good for short amounts of time

Try This.

They charge a few dollars per month after a 13 month period, but no other fees up to that point.

I saw one the otherday that has no monthly fees and they don't expire. I can't remember the name but I'll go search for it. Did you ask Mr. Google?

Yeah I tried Google but all the sites that come up are for Visa or American Express sites wanting to sell them. Any luck finding that card? I don't care if there's a big activation fee. (Just not too big.)

I wasn't able to find it. I saw it the other day in an ad that caught my eye. They had a chart comparing it to AccountNow and I'm almost certain it didn't have a monthly fee. I think they only took fees when you took out money at an ATM.
