You can't verify your PayPal with a Visa Gift Card, but you can lift your sending limit up to $500.00 All you have to do is click "Add Card" on the PayPal website.

7. Read the instructions on how to further verify your Paypal. Its pretty straight forward.

8. Now you have to wait 2-3+ business days. Paypal will send your NetSpend bank account 2 increments of small change.

9. Enter it in on the Paypal Bank Verification page.
