I've got one have had one for awhile now. I don't use it except for when I absolutely need to. You can also use these to verify PayPal accounts even if your account is in the negitive, just use the direct deposit info from the site.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I got like an 80 dollar card from them over a year ago at Rite Aid. When I called to activate it they said they wouldn't be able to and wouldn't tell me why. So they said instead of returning these I should wait for my check in the mail 10-15 business days. Waited 2 months never got it. Call again and was promised they would "resend" it. I've been calling asking for my check for over a year now every few months. These guys are very incompetent and although it works for some, when you do get scammed they won't do anything to help, just give empty promises. Ripoffreport shows I am not the only one. Also they charge you 5 dollars a month after a certain period even if you can't access the card.

Im not impressed with them. The fee to buy is gay. You have to enter your ss# (which i can see why). The site i wanted to use the card wouldnt work so i just bought an amazon gc with the balance and cancelled the card. A few days later they send me a check for $9.99 (activation fee). The check was ripped in half and one of the halves was missing. I email them and they say to send us your name and address. I did that with the ripped check and never got a replacement.

The $5 a fee stops once your account hits -$10 so you can't technically go past -$10 on the card. Which is fine as I've had mine for a long time and haven't put any money on it in ages and it still works and like I said, easy to use for verifying a PayPal account

Edit: Didn't know they make you input your SS# now. That must be something new.
