Lol this sounds too complicated....y not take her to dinner and have the waiter bring desert and have him put a letter on a silver platter and have it say all the mushy shit u wanna say. the baloon idea seems tedious for the girl and too much work for homecomin....maybe something close to that on prom night of ur senior year but not home comin.....
