First off,

Theres no REAL way to change your Dynamic IP. Only if you get a new service provider.

If you using a USB adapter for internet, then good luck changing you IP, cause you can't.

If your using a router, you can change your static IP by doing this.

Start>Run>CMD>

Ipconfig /flushdns
Ipconfig /registerdns
Ipconfig /release
Ipconfig /renew

Note, this only changes the STATIC IP. SO IF YOU PLAN ON MAKING MORE P2S ACCOUNTS, IT WONT WORK!!!

If you have cable (like comcast for example) normally the IP will change with a different MAC address. If directly connected to your modem, you can change your computer's MAC address. If connected to a router, you will change the router's MAC address.

If you have DSL, you can just typically reset the modem for a bit.

If it's not a Dynamic IP do this:

Network with Router

1. Log into the router's admin console. (Often http://192.168.1.1/)
2. Release the IP address. (Method varies by router manufacturer)
3. Turn off router, ethernet hubs/switches, and the cable/DSL modem.
4. Leave off overnight.
5. Turn everything back on.

That's backwards. Dynamic = changes (such as dynamic characters, dynamicxs in music, etc.) Static = stays the same. (Static television, for example.)
