I don't know which date you signed up, however if it was on or around June 30th you can now log into the Maxim site with the info you used and change/cancel your subscription.

I registered on June 30th and my first issue will be here in September.

I got an email saying they canceled my shit and all and they would give me a 12 month subscription for $5 but a few days ago I got my first issue.
