Hopefully his mother will realize the seriousness of this offense, as he apparantly does not.

If she *is* reading this, then the solution is simple. Get the truth out of your son and find out how much he owes, and pay it. Simply make him work off the money, or sell those items he has been getting to the house which you thought were "free".

Not to come off as threatening, but there are many people on this site you do not want as enemies. Doom has clearly showed us that.

People who got scammed could always file a mail fraud complaint. If he ordered any prizes shipped through usps I believe you can even file that straight through usps. That might get her attention if a postal inspector comes to their door

Yeah, I simply had a name and email to work off of. Email didn't turn up any results on google, so it was mostly from what I could find off the name. A few phone calls based on an educated guess, and sure enough I found his parents, info, address, house number. It's all there, Public information.

Nothing malicous, my whole investigation was 100% legal, so she's got nothing on us. Posting the info here I don't believe is against any laws either. It's all available in online directories. She has to act professional over the phone, I understand that, and I'm sure she's beating his ass right now. If a parent got a call from someone claiming their son was Defrauding over the internet, I think they should be very concered. Espcially someone calling on the behalf of others.

I'm fairly certain it'll work out. Otherwise I'll just post their info and they'll have a monsoon of calls. The worst they could charge anyone with is harassment of some sort, but what Jake did is honestly a lot worse then anything we are trying to accomplish, and that's just to get in contact with them.

I ask you guys who happen to have gotten their number, to please respectfully not call till tomorrow. It's late, then them sleep. We might as well keep it nice unless they are unwilling to do anything about it.

I'm sure I'd like to say something more, but I'm really not sure what else there is to say at the moment.

Maybe I'll personally call and explain the situation if it's not working out.
