Well I'm trying to improve the forums of www.Multi-Win.org to get more members there, what do you suggest?

People won't join If you advertise on forums for no reason. Your forums are just gaming forums from what I see, and there are thousands of those online which are much better than yours. You need to spread the word by affilating, getting indexed, and putting good information on the site.

its not only gaming, didn't mean to advertise but in order to get some suggestions, wouldnt people need to see what the site is like?

The design on your site definately sucks, I can tell you that. Just my opinion.
