well, if you only do transactions with trusted members, you can avoid fees![]()
no fees on personal transfers to or from any account, but if you want to be able to file claims then you have to pay the 2.9% + $.30 to any account, even personal
post a screen shot o fit or is it just USA only?
screenshot posted
so personal accounts get charged to receive?
Whats the difference from the old...?
all accounts charged to receive.. so u no longer need both a personal and premier.. you can avoid fees by sending payments as gifts also but i dont think you can file claims on those.
Oh well nothing changes for me then lol
no fees for receiving for premier members if you send as a gift![]()
woot! Free transfers. woot! 1000 posts.

If you send as Payment Owed you can avoid fees and file a dispute if need be... didn't know that when I first posted the thread
i was gonna post this before, yeah it charged personal accoutns now too. Finally something fair!
And now u can do 50 cent transactions without paypal jipping 90% of your money!
or very large transactions with people who don't want fees and you can still be safe by having the ability to file a dispute...
and i can trasfer money between my paypals without getting fees! yay
