eBayers will be finally bailing the Titanic that is eBay..

If you are not aware, after June 8th, a buyer has the right to say an item is fake and get a full refund from eBay without presenting any evidence to the contrary and only having to inform eBay that they have destroyed the fake merchandise (after being told to do so by eBay!!). Unless you can afford a total loss on what you're selling, find another outlet to sell.

Also the forced 5 free auction style listings every 30 days which is used yet again get more money from you.

WTF most of the shit i sell on eBay is electronic and fake, they will definitely use that shit against me now.

They have to deem it fake though and prove it. You make it sound like they are completely changing their policy, they NEVER had any real fake item protection except that they removed listings here and there.

By fake, that means that if you sell an iphone and its not real, then they can destroy it. However, if you sell a quadband phone, they cannot destroy it and say its fake.

they're probably going to look into it somewhat and will probably be option for seller to appeal as well if its actually real

Its bad enough they wanna make maditory return policies even though u can set ur listing as no returns accepted....i honestly think this company is run by a pack of fuckin idiots....im not gonna stop sellin on ebay....im gonna keep sellin as much shit as i possibly can and once i get enough of the fake item claims i will sue the hell outta those bitches and will WIN!!
