They say it on their site. It would be against the terms of service to do so. They would probably ban you for it.

Each player can participate in as many daily tournaments as they wish. Two players from the same household or who share a computer address cannot both win a prize. In such a case, the higher-scoring player will appear on the Tournament Standings Page and receive the prize; the other player will not appear on the Tournament Standings Page.

I guess you can have more then one account, but only one account can win every 45 days, so don't
