You need to add a verified bank account to get verified on paypal. You don't need to be verified though.. there's really no reason.. I've done over $2000 in transactions on paypal and my account is not verified. | |

   | You cannot become paypal verified. Adding a credit card would just simply lift the limits. But anyways to add the cc it must be registered. It should have the site on the back of the card or something to enter the card and register it. |
