I need something but I WILL NOT download and install photoshop.

i just need to find a very simple program or website where I can upload a picture, and use my mouse to draw around myself, then right click>>copy>>then paste it on another pic to look like that's where I'm standing. i did it at school with photoshop and its called magic wand tool. where can i find a very simple program thats easy to download that can do that?

go to paint.net. You can do alot of stuff to it on there.
And you can do that on there. Just put it on another layer. It's like 10000x more simpler than photoshop. It's free, and it has a lot of tools photoshop has.

I should get +repped like 10x for this great free program

well, he does need something simple, and you don't even need to get used to paint.net's program. it's so simple and very highly effective. I've made some really nice stuff on it.

just add a new layer for when you put the 2nd picture on. It makes it easier so you can delete everything aroudn the picture without deleting the other backround

edit: I haven't used this program in a while and deicded to make something. Not too much deatail into it.

made backround from scratch

Darn. I was hoping to be like "Paint.NET, GIMP, gogogogo." but everyone else beat me to it.

I've never used GIMP, but Paint.NET is very simple to use. Make sure you have the default GUI up, though. Or you won't know how to change colors >.<
