I just got a warning from Microsoft to let everyone know not to create any more accounts on Microsoft RetailZone or they will take legal action. Yes, the email is legit as the IP shown is traced back to ClientLogic which works for Microsoft. Everything regarding the RetailZone has been deleted, and there shall be no more topics regarding it.

So once again, don't attempt to create any more accounts on RetailZone. Thank you, and have a great day.

Any stupid posts in this thread will followup with a ban off these forums. Be careful on what you say.

Guys! This is awesome! It means that if you were an idiot and signed up and ordered, then you won't get in trouble as long as you don't do anything more!

MS: I know a representative will read this, so please tell the appropriate department thank you so much for giving CN users a second chance. You're saying a bunch of parents from having to beat their 13 year old sons over a lawsuit because they were idiots and tried to order cheap games. THANK YOU on behalf of CN!

If you're dumb enough to do anything more to the site after this then you deserve to be sued.

I thought there would be trouble... i knew it wasnt right to pretend to be working somewhere so you could get profits. I am glad I only ordered 2 things before I decided it wasnt a good thing to do.
Does this mean I should return what I got or what?

If you posted that you ordered something before the subsection was deleted, you should be contacted. MS saved all pages of topics there and have a record of what everybody posted.

If you have not been contacted, email USretailexpertzone@one.microsoft.upgrade.com immediately and tell them that you made 2 orders of thing X and that you want to return it

I don't understand why they're warning us on RetailZone and not Club Live. I guess what we were doing with Retail was more fraud though.

When people bot club live, they simply break the TOS. That means they have the right to ban us, no legal action can be taken really. It's sort of like you taking some cookies from the cookie bowl and then your mother finds you and slaps you. She doesn't take you to court and sue you for the cookie.

All of you that ordered something, I suggest you follow the instructions above and return everything that you recieved.
