Unplug your modem and leave it off for the whole night.

you can use a proxy, run a dns flush, or contact ur isp and ask for a new one

wardrive...

thats whr u connect to sum1 elses internet by driving around usually, and search for wireless signals

ps. on dealextreme they have pens that detect wifi signals, i heard they work good and theyr cheap
