Asshole just issued a paypal dispute. Sold him $50 worth of ms points

email -> playboi7@msn.com

any chance on me winning. He has no confirmed address or anything for the matter. Paypal just list's alicia cruz as the buyer

dont even open the dispute because it was digital right?
I sold digital coupons to about 50 people 2 months ago and 2 said they didnt work and wouldnt resolve with me and they opened disputes. I didnt even respond to the disputes and about 3 days later I got an email from paypal saying I won

because what I sold wasnt on their dispute policy or something (coupons)

well the ms codes are a digital item. I have sold some digital coupons before and people opened disputes but I won and didnt even have to reply anything. Paypal said it had something to do with they dont cover what I was selling in their dispute policy. So 1ststrike will have a chance to win. goodluck

I assume you sold the coupons through ebay. The problem is that i have no where paypal can check to confirm its an ineligible item.

what also sucks is that its my main paypal account with my bank account attached, so i need to get it back

I guess ill leave it open for a few days and open another one, and sell codes through that one.

I kinda did but I didnt. I created a classified ad on ebay where there are no final value fees and people cant leave feedback. Buyers bought my coupons from me making a buy now button from paypal.com so tecnnically i didnt see on ebay.

just call Paypal and tell them its an intangible item, they will close the dispute.

ok this is what you do
make another pay pal. and send ALL your funds from your main pay pal, to the alternative pay pal. if you lose the dispute, (guessing you DONT have a bank account/cc attached) then use the other pay pal. if you DO have a cc/bank attached, ur fucked

Well, i won the paypal dispute and got my money back.

He actually tried to open another dispute on the basis that the item was not as described, but it was immediately shot down.

Someone filed like 4 chargebacks on me claiming their CC was stolen during the purchases and I sold them like $120 in ultimate game cards so I got charge backs adding up to $120 but I didn't give a shit since A. it was in a limited paypal account B. that paypal account had no money C. fake address, info, name etc.
