User agreed to complete a TRAINN offer for me and went red, refused to refund my money via paypal. After lockie lied to paypal about his offer being disapproved, paypal said they could not issue me a refund because the goods were intangible (not shipped).

Paid him for a service on a website and the transaction was dissapproved thus closing his account. I'm opening a dispute because I got in contact with him about what happened but after I told him I never got back in contact with this user. So either I get in contact with him or the dispute will be left open until disclosed.

s1eepyboy requested a $25.00 USD refund.

Our agreement was that I go "green" on a website and I did. Now you're saying that the transaction was disapproved after you paid me so that you could get your money back and keep the "green"/approve on the website? I did reply when you contacted me and now you're trying to get your money back for what I earned? Don't break the agreement we had.

Your transaction was removed and disapproved by the site owners which deems you ineligible to keep the money that I rewarded you. You are not providing credit to my account and according to the agreement you must refund me.

It is funny how you are lying and claiming that you are still providing credit to my account. Since you are trying to lie I will post this screen shot that shows that you are not providing credit to my account.

That's all the proof I need and if you don't refund me by tomorrow I will dispute this to a paypal claim and a claim on the website that the transaction occurred on which will clearly show that you are not a good person to do business with. You are messing up my money and business with your immaturity and your stubbornness.

This kid is a liar and here's the screenshot paypal sent me saying I could not be refunded but they would look into his account for fraud.
