If anyone has a Club Bing account with at least 58,000 Tickets, i'll accept that too buy at a deducted price of $315.00 USD.

All Payouts/Payments are made Via Paypal.

No. He's saying your IP address is very similar to that of many scammers in the past, which often happens when a scammer unplugs their router to generate a new IP address.

Do not purchase from this guy.

He told me he got a better deal from someone. That's because I told him to pay me first, and then open/close a claim. I even gave him a picture of my accounts.

So unless the "person who sold to this guy" comes in and vouches, I'd say this is a pure scammer.
