I also don't recommend you buy it from anyone besides Steam It's self. It's easy to scam people, and you won't get your money back. If they don't scam you, the account will get disabled If they cheated on it (And they will lie to you).

ehh i have a steam acct with css and i dont cheat on it. I bought the games on there and never spent the time downloadin them so i could play. Also 4 bucks is nothin dude. I think css is like 29.99 alone but i could be wrong.

I have Half Life 2, CS:1.6. I'll let it go for $20. I had it for sale a while ago, probably closed though. I'm legit with 140 eBay feedback, and feedback on other sites and stuff.

There is a steam-free version of CSS in the torrent circulation, yano. It works and it's not pached and they can't ban you.
