Probably not, considering CN does not condone nor tolerate fraud, and what you're talking about is Click Fraud.

Breaking a TOS is not illegal. All that can happen is the company can ban you or not let you use their site.

i dont have adsesense account,
i have online selling web sites and i am using adwords for my sites but my rivals rush to me, they have adwords clicker bots and fraud clicking to my ads

i sent e-mail to google about that, but nothing

i wanna response
