dude $21 is for requesting account. 2 request left if u want to take it, but it will take a while to get it since now it is extremely hard to get points fast. it has nothing to do with buying account.
buying you don't have to wait and guarantee you will get the 25k accounts. for requesting if it get bans i won't be able to provide u any accounts.
