Reputation: 21  |  I pwned BT hey guys, I know a lot of you emailed BT to try and get your accounts back, but a lot of us failed. I had sent them an e-mail and never got a response, then I sent them a second 1, but this time I wasnt as nice as before, here is wat i said. Hello, I wrote to you guys over a week ago about my account being banned and I still have no response from you. I am getting a little pissed off now considering I did nothing wrong to get it banned. Is this how you stay in bussiness, when people get high enough points you ban them so they cant redeem them for top prizes? I know for a fact there is no reason to ban me, so if you would please unban my account now. and this is the email i got today. We apologize for the delay in responding to your request. Reputation: 21 | well i had 50,000 points so I went on ordered as much as i could, and now I will leave it alone till their ban hammer gets tired. the only thing is I have to bitch at them 3 more times for my other high point accounts

Reputation: 21 | Just to let you guys know, my 4 high point accounts never used fusker, they used to btjb (boomertowne joke bot) it took around 2 hours for each account to max out, so I believe they banned me because they saw I was only going through joke pages day after day. but they unbanned me because it is possible for a human to do this, and not just a bot.

Reputation: 21 | both times I e-mailed info@boomertowne.com. Here are some pointers that might help you get your accounts back 1. If you used fusker or any other ways to get points faster than a real person could on the account, I wouldnt bother trying to get it back. BT will probably give you the benefit of the doubt if they see that the points look legit. If they see that you got the points fast they wont believe what you say, and will most likely take note if you try for other accounts on that IP address. 2. Just try for 1 account at a time, my first e-mail I tried to get all 4 e-mails unbanned, and that didnt work. My second e-mail I just tried for 1 account. 3. Don't just yell at them, my e-mail was border line to being ranting. Just tell them you are unhappy and that you are losing time to interact with people, if you say you are losing time for getting points, they will think thats all you want your account for and they might keep your account banned. 4. Dont use the whole brother, sister, family e-mail. I tried that with my first e-mail, and I am sure that is the number 1 e-mail they get. Just play dumb and act like you dont know why your account got banned. Like all places the customer is always right, so if you complain loud enough they will give in, UNLESS they know for a fact that you cheated to get the points (fusker)
