I know there is a 100 point cap on things like jokes quotes and videos but some of you were saying there is an hourly cap also. Is this true? Theres nothing said about and hourly cap on the How To Earn Points page.

It isn'y an hourly cap. It is a daily limit on certain activities. You can earn up to 1K points a day but only 100 of those can be from jokes, 100 from quotes, etc.
