Reputation: 89 ![]() | I used to think AVG was great but then I got a pirated version of Norton 2007 and my computer hasn't had a problem since. Then again...I know where not to go and what not to download.

Reputation: 5 ![]() | I use avast. Norton is the worst antivirus I have ever used. it hijacks your console and when a virus is found half of the time it won't even delete the virus. For the amount of space and resources norton uses, it should have a really good product. While avast is smaller, and it does what I need it to do... |

Reputation: 9 ![]() | i use Symantec Corp 10.2 It uses less resources and is easier to use then the consumer version of norton. Norton is bloated. We use this in over 500 pc's in the engineering building at my college and with good network management we rarely have a problem. |

There was just way to many pop ups and random things popping up everywhere, making Norton seem like the real virus. I switched to ESET NOD32, it has been nothing but great ever since I have had it, It detects viruses before I even finish downloading some things. I would definitely recommend NOD32 and you can get it for free too, you just need to look it up and get the unlimited updates crack for it. |
