I got that by trying to post on the sell section. For example, I clicked on a random thread in the FS or sell section. I try to make a post but cant. There is also no quick post.

There is only one other person having the same issue right now, and that's CookieMonsta1. The permissions are set and I've made test posts just fine with both accounts. Just try logging out, clearing cookies and everything, and log back in.

Should be working fine.

this is a lame rule, why cant i buy? How am i suppose to scam someone when im paying them, and THEN AFTERWARDS recieving the item..

Because you can file a chargeback or a do a dispute.

This is a precaution against scammers making new accounts just to sell and then getting away with shit.

It's not that you're a scammer. If you want to buy, it means you have to post around and get reputation.

That actual rep, that you see under your name, doesn't mean shit. It's a neat way of saying "I like your post" but it's not actual reputation.

As CN's number 1 bryce identifier I approve of this rule. Hopefully this will put a stop to all these fucking people with 3 posts making garage sale threads where they fuckin empty their house and put it on a sale on the internet and all the Russians like scaf selling cc's and bank logins.

I'd just like to say that this isn't working. These noobs see they can't sell so they post in another part of the forum which allows them to until a mod deletes the post. Maybe rules for bypassing BST rules?

I've been seeing this too.

Maybe a word filter that won't allow them to post at all in any section if their post has the word in it?

I've honestly seen only two topics, both by the same guy, and only after I deleted the first one did he post the second. I infracted him second time around and he hasn't done it since.

Other then that, I haven't seen anyone else selling outside the BST... You can't base failure off of one idiot.

Not just that Doom. But the credit card dump/electronic spammers that come in. I've seen like 3 of those guys post in the intro or chat section because they can't post in the BST.

Isn't there a way to disallow posts from appearing based on the content?
