I've done this on a few TRAINN sites, and all have passed approval. This saves me whatever the price I usually pay for my refs.

Materials
A computer
A wireless device
A credit card
Patience

IP1 - YOUR HOUSE IP
IP2 - DIFFERENT IP
IP3 - DIFFERENT IP

Log onto TRAINN with IP1. Find your referral link and copy it down somewhere.
Log off of TRAINN and close the browser.
On a wireless device, log into an unsecured network with the strongest signal nearest you.
Go to GMail or Y!Mail and create a new account that doesn't use a lot of numbers, preferably no numbers at all.
Register a new account in TRAINN under your referral link. Use a fake, believable name and a REAL ADDRESS CLOSE TO THAT IP. Use the newly registered e-mail.
Record this personal information in an e-mail and send it to yourself. You will need this later when doing an offer.
When doing an offer, use the same information you used to register IP2 and use a different credit card than the one you used when doing an offer on IP1.
I recommend not doing an offer that sends something to the address, like Stamps.com (even if it is free)
Hopefully, credit will be applied instantly. If not, submit an MCR.
Repeat this for your other refs with different IPs. I don't particularly recommend doing too much, because you run the risk of logging into one of the accounts with the wrong IP.
If the account has greened, by all means, LEAVE THE ACCOUNT ALONE. If you want to do another site, USE THE SAME IP when registering with the SAME INFORMATION. Do not cancel the offer early.
Do not order anything with your faked accounts.

This is not a scam, it's just taking advantage of an unused IP. TRAINN still makes money. This will not work on sites that require phone approval, ID approval, etc.
