tfollow actually keeps adding friends even when you've signed out from it I think (that's what it looks like for me) I just woke up this morning with my twitter following 900 people lol, that's pretty good because you don't have to worry about keeping it open all the time (now it's time for twitter karma to remove some of those follows...)
