UPS drivers are usually not that bad. They just want to deliver their packages as fast as they can so they can hit the commit time schedule for their route. If they make it to the UPS hub before that time, they get paid extra. The reload and preload guys inside the warehouse don't care about the extra letters either, they mainly look at the zip code or a set of letters on the label that let them sort out which truck each box goes on. Those guys get so many boxes on those belts they don't care if the address is screwed up a little or not, the UPS system will automatically modify the address. When the driver scans the bar code on the package, their diad board should show the correct address (Though they do read the address printed on the label as well). Not ranting or anything, just saying most UPS drivers don't really care unless they happen to be driving with a supervisor.
