Your Account - Your Order - Your Problem....try ur luck with them and see how lucky u get

remember he said "what do you have to lose"
Why don't you get it yet? If you aren't getting the prize, emailing them does not hurt. You either do nothing (and don't get your prize), email them, get confirmation and move on (and don't get your prize), or you get confirmation and fight it (and maybe get your prize).

Do you really think MS has the time to look into each account that emails them? You email them, they check the results of the program that evaluates our accounts. This same program is the one that canceled your order to begin with. They see that the program flagged you and they send you the standard letter. That's it. There is no reevaluation unless you demand it. And that can only go in your favor or remain status-quo. It cannot get worse. They cannot take your stereo, break your legs, or kill your dog.

Stories of people emailing them and finding out that they were flagged, and others not emailing them and getting prizes, is hardly evidence. And it is completely unscientific and flawed. All that means is, that people who were flagged and emailed, got the result they were already going to get.

I just checked the site and there are currently 1980+ people playing games on Bing. That is a sampling of one moment on a holiday. If people get to 1000 points in a generous period of 3 hours and we assume that my count is high, so let's assume 1200 people every 3 hours, all day....that's 28,800 account minimum on Bing. Even if only 1% emails Bing weekly, that is still 288 accounts to manually evaluate. If we assume they played Flex the whole time, that's 40 games a day, for probably 30 days. So, 1200 puzzles to look at for each person. Because according to the current belief structure, they dig deep into your activity.

This is how and why I have been able to turn over several flagged accounts and get my prizes. It also helps to compose your letters professionally and not be demanding.

In the cases we are talking about where they look at multiple Live IDs, you have similar options. NOTHING bad can happen that isn't already happening, i.e. you're not getting your prizes. If you can explain to them and show that their assumptions about you activities are wrong, you can get your prizes. One more point...cheaters don't seem to email them. Look at how many people are saying don't email. The numbers work in your favor.
