I am strongly against having a system like this put in. I miss the days of Cheating Network where it was about, well, cheating. If you want people to do referrals, I think you should go to Anything4Free. Putting this in would just be another step toward a referral-based forum. Yes, that is what I thought.
People will put negative feedback on other users' profiles in order to make themselves look good.
