You have to do 4 offers. Make sure to delete cookies and cache inbetween offers. Use all the info you used to sign up on the offer if you want them to get approved. I would advise signing up with a gmail account and using that gmail account on the offers and doing gmail trick by putting a "." in the e-mail address.
