I generally avoid making accusations like this, but I really wouldn't be surprised if it was stolen. Either by someone at the warehouse or by UPS. UPS has the way out, since their system doesn't show that they ever actually received the package.
Eitherthat or it got kicked into a corner. My last e-mail that seemed to get the ball rolling complained about the fact that it was 6 weeks since the shipping e-mail, and about a month since they last said they were looking into it. They said to be patient and I replied back saying "No offense, but you are expecting an awful lot of patience on my part. The warehouse can't possibly be that big that it would take 6 weeks to locate htis. Clearly you are not trying to find it."
My biggest concern all along was that if I didn't keep at them, they would have no reason to do anything. As far as Club Live is concerned, they fulfilled my prize order. It is no longer in their "outstanding order" coloum.
But I do find it funny that the latest e-mail completely refutes their last excuse that they sent me a shipping e-mail to "reserve my prize."
