Ok here is a repost of my tutorial on how to do a speed hack in cheat engine. You can use any version but i recommend cheat engine 5.3 (found here:
http://cheatengine.org/download.php) If you are running vista this is the only version that works, and also do not use options in the other menu because they do not work with vista.
Step 1:
Open the program you want to cheat, for my example I am using firefox to download a rapidshare file faster.
Step 2:
Open Cheat Engine.
Then press the button in the top left.
Step 3:
Find the program you are going to cheat on the list (for my firefox.exe)
Press OK.
Step 4:
Check Enable Speed Hack.
Step 5:
Enter a number for the number of times faster you want the program to run.
Press Set Speed.
Step 6:
Enjoy the program running faster

Step 7:
Give yourself a pat on the back and then give slashmolder a cookie.
