Default the camcorder that is taking 8 weeks in UPs system

So, I finally got a new reponse from Club Live regarding hte camcorder I ordered on May 8, and received a shipping confirmation with tracking number on July 18. Yes, 7 weeks ago I got a tracking number and was told the item had shipped. Since then they have dicked me around with the standard "Please wait 8-12 weeks", or "The prize is backordered" or "We are looking into this, please be patient" e-mails. My favorite excuse was when they claimed that the prize was backordered, and that they sent me the shipping e-mail and tracking nuumber ot "reserve my prize" which was obviously ridiculous.

The last time I bugged them about this was 2 weeks ago. I got the standard "we are looking into it." e-mail. But then last night, they sent me another one saying they have started an inquiry with UPS and they should know something more within 2 weeks.

At least that is SOMETHING. Now if only they had done that in early august when it was obvious that the package was lost or stolen by either a UPS worker or a warehouse worker.
