Hi. I took the Vista DVD to my Apple store to help
install it, and they inform me that my laptop is too
old, and can't run Vista.

I'm trying to figure something out, but I need to know
what your return policy is. I did open the package,
but never inserted the disc.

I may have to give up on Mac, and purchase a PC and
they all come with Vista.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Just let me know if
you can accept a return, if opened.
